Healing Isn’t in a Pill: It’s in the Mind, the Food, and the Frequency

In a culture inundated with pharmaceuticals, fast food, and misinformation about what true health really means, voices like Yahki Rapha Elohim are cutting through the noise with truth, experience, and results. On the latest episode of “A Healthy Point of View” podcast, host Sam Tejada, CEO and Founder of Liquivida, sits down with Dr. Yahki, a Ph.D. in Natural Health Sciences (h.c), Certified Nutrition Scientist, Biochemist, Master Herbalist, and Holistic Health Practitioner. What begins as a personal story of transformation turns into a powerful, science-rooted conversation about healing, mindset, and the future of medicine.

What They’re NOT Telling You About Disease – Dr. Yahki Awakened EXPOSES the System | Ep. 72

A Wake-Up Call at 21

Before becoming a healer, Yahki was deep in the streets of St. Louis, living a life riddled with substance abuse, poor diet, and dangerous habits. At just 21 years old, he suffered a heart attack, a moment that shook him to his core and redirected the entire trajectory of his life.

“I had scar tissue on my heart, high blood pressure, kidney problems, insulin resistance, I was a walking diagnosis,” he recalls. But something shifted. Tired of being another number in a broken system, he turned to YouTube in search of answers, eventually discovering the work of the legendary Dr. Sebi. From there, he spent 48 hours straight researching natural healing, diet, herbs, and cellular regeneration.

Detoxing Disease, Literally and Energetically

What Yahki uncovered during his self-study wasn’t just about herbs and juices; it was about energy. “Everything is energy,” he says. “Healing starts at the energetic level, the spiritual and emotional come first, the physical follows.”

His transformation began with a 90-day juice fast, inspired by raw food healer John Rose. He dropped 35 pounds in the first week. By day 120, his test results showed no more scar tissue, diabetes, or kidney issues. “I didn’t lose weight. I lost waste,” he says.

He didn’t stop with himself. His mother, her boyfriend, friends, and eventually a circle of high-profile clients followed the same protocols, and the results spread like wildfire. What began in the streets turned into a nationwide movement.

Healing the Culture, One Mindset at a Time

Dr. Yahki emphasizes that most healing starts not with herbs or medicine, but with mindset. “If you’re walking around saying ‘I’m a dead man walking,’ your body listens,” he says. “Stress alone can shut down your detox pathways.”

Yahki advocates for natural living, including getting sunlight in the morning, eliminating processed foods, and aligning with the Earth’s frequencies, before resorting to high-tech solutions.

Rethinking Disease: The Illusion We’ve Been Sold

At the heart of Dr. Yahki’s philosophy is the idea that disease is not what we’ve been told. Instead of viewing conditions like heart disease, diabetes, and cancer as mysterious invaders, he frames them as the body’s intelligent response to imbalance and toxicity.

“We don’t catch disease. We create it through diet, thought, and environment. My heart didn’t attack me. I attacked my heart.”

He likens modern disease to an illusion, not that the symptoms aren’t real, but that our understanding of them is fundamentally flawed. “Symptoms are signs that the body is trying to detox. A cough, skin rash, or mucus isn’t sickness, it’s healing in progress.”

The Role of Food, Frequency, and Functional Detox

A big part of the problem, Yahki explains, is that we’ve strayed far from the foods and environments that align with our biology. “We’re eating dead food, living under blue light, wearing chemical cologne, and wondering why we’re sick,” he says.

He urges people to:

  • Eat alkaline-forming, plant-based foods
  • Detox regularly with herbal protocols
  • Reconnect with natural light and circadian cycles
  • Shift their belief system around health and healing

Perhaps most importantly, he dismantles the fear around cholesterol. “Your brain, hormones, and cells all require cholesterol to function. The highest cholesterol levels are often found in the longest-living people.”

Changing the System From the Inside Out

Despite resistance from regulatory bodies and the medical establishment, including de-platforming and investigations, Dr. Yahki continues to thrive. With detox centers, an accredited lab, and millions of followers, he’s living proof that knowledge plus action can change the world.

It’s not just about healing one person. It’s about healing the culture.
